Process

From survey to operation, with no hand-offs

One contract, one project manager. Average time from signature to energisation: 7–11 months, permitting included.

  1. Phase 01

    Survey and feasibility

    Topographic survey of the car park, quarter-hourly consumption analysis, planning constraints check and PVGIS yield estimate.

  2. Phase 02

    Integrated design

    Structural, electrical and architectural design coordinated in BIM, with signed calculation report and detailed bill of quantities.

  3. Phase 03

    Permits and grid connection

    PAS/AU permitting, grid connection request with the DSO, GSE, customs and fire-safety filings.

  4. Phase 04

    Construction

    Foundations, steelwork assembly, module installation and cabling, functional testing and energisation, with the site kept operational.

  5. Phase 05

    Operation and maintenance

    Remote monitoring, scheduled maintenance, performance guarantee and charging flow management.
